Which pattern sellers do you support?

Hello CrossStitch currently imports HAED-format pattern PDFs, sold by Heaven and Earth Designs. You can also turn any of your own photos into a brand-new pattern, matched to real DMC floss colors.

Can you add support for another seller?

We're actively expanding to more sellers. Email us the seller's name (and a sample pattern PDF if you can share one) and we'll look into adding it.

My PDF won't import — what do I do?

Send it to support and let us know which app version you're on. We'll take a look and get back to you.

Is my pattern data private?

Yes — imported patterns and progress stay on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
