Hello CrossStitch helps you track progress on your cross-stitch projects. You can create projects, mark stitched cells, view statistics, and import chart PDFs that you own for personal use.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. The App and its design, code, and content (excluding your own content) remain our property.

Pattern files you import (for example PDF chart packs) are processed and stored only on your device. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any pattern you import. Cross-stitch charts are typically copyrighted works — import only patterns you have purchased or that are licensed for your use. We do not host, distribute, or claim any rights over your imported files or projects.

The free version of the App is supported by advertising.
An optional auto-renewing Ad-Free subscription (monthly or yearly) removes ads. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel the subscription in your device settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Your projects and progress are stored only on your device. Use the App's export / backup features and your device backups to protect them. We are not responsible for loss of locally stored data.

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory law in their country of residence.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may terminate the license if you materially breach these terms.

We may update these terms; the current version is always published at this address with its effective date. Material changes will be reflected in the App or its App Store listing.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
